February 21, 2009 marks the 44th anniversary of the assassination of Malcolm X in New York, NY. While much has changed in terms of technology, fashion, music, etc the inequality facing African Americans has not. In fact the only change that has dramatically changed for blacks is the actual battle we are facing. "What is equality for African Americans?" "What is it that we want?" While Malcolms message has not been fully materialized as change, let's take a look back some of his most important messages.
