"Scurrilous food-related dramas loop endlessly in restaurant kitchens. Most diners are aware of that. I've had a multitude of life experiences in my 24 short years, but few have been as rough as my time working in a restaurant this past month. In attempting to keep myself afloat during my return to Michigan and while biding my time for Louisiana. I won't give you a deep, philosophical post on the importance of tipping or the value that people who take these under the table, back-breaking jobs play in our workforce and society.
But if you can tip your waiter, bartender, server, etc it would be a great idea.
