Merry Christmas

Here's a Christmas gift to you all from Kobe Bryant, LeBron James & Nike (with a little help from Lupe Fiasco & KRS-1). Hopefully you've seen this by now, but I haven't seen all of them together at once untill today's LA Laker/Cleveland Cavs game. I love KRS-1 but I don't like his solo (see 2nd video) because he gets out of character a couple of times.

Jay-Z & Alicia Keys @ The World Series

I had to hurry and find this online. Jay-Z & Alicia Keys performing "Empire State of Mind" at Game 2 of the World Series (Go Philly). A SIGNIFICANT moment for Hip-Hop and a highlight in the career of one of my favorite ARTIST (not just favorite rapper). My only question is if they purposely had the echo?

BET Cypha - The Highlight of the Night

The BET Hip Hop Awards were good for something. I enjoy the cypha sessions they have on the awards because it shows that BET cares (slightly) about the art of Hip-Hop. Nicki Minaj is kinda cold, much better than I expected. I'm glad that they had Joe Budden and Buckshot involved.

The most annoying judge on America's Best Dance Crew, the most annoying child rapper ever has officially irritated the God MC himself. While everyone is still talking about Kayne West's interruption of Taylor Swift, the funniest and oddest interruption of the night came from Lil' Mama. That's right, the same teenage rapper in the hoodrat braids, wigs, and bright ass colors jumped up on stage during Jay-Z 2009 VMA performance. For what, who knows for certain. But one thing that is for sure is that Hov was not too happy to see his fellow Brooklyn resident. Someone please tell her she is not as famous as Kanye and cannot jump on the stage when she sees fit. Please inform Kanye and Lil' Mama that they are not Old Dirty Bastard.

KANYE DID WHAT AT THE 2009 VMA'S?

This is probably the rudest, yet one of the funniest things that I've seen from a celebrity since who knows when. During Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for Best Female Video, Kanye West gets up and disputes her win, arguing that Beyonce "had one of the greatest videos of all time". LOL

I really do like Kanye West, his music, his message, and even his arrogance, but this was a little uncalled for.
